Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta
Ingredients:
Top bread with mozzarella cheese, then tomato, then garlic, then basil. Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and sea salt, arrange, and serve!
- 1 loaf french bread baguette, sliced to 1 inch thick
- Assorted colors of heirloom tomatoes, about 8-10 tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 large bunch of basil, chopped
- Good olive oil (I love Novello olive oil, sold at Wegmans)
